1. Publisher
These Terms govern use of taximaroc.app and the TaxiMaroc app (ma.taximaroc.app).

2. Service
TaxiMaroc is an intermediary platform for Grand Taxi / inter-city travel in Morocco (stations, shared seats, published trips) and, where offered, parcel delivery between cities. TaxiMaroc facilitates listings, bookings, messaging, and a credit wallet.
TaxiMaroc is not a licensed transport carrier or taxi operator. Agreements for trips or parcels are between users.
3. Pricing, wallet and in-app purchases
Basic access may be free. Some features may consume wallet credits.
- Credit top-ups are sold through Google Play Billing (Android) and/or App Store In-App Purchases (iOS).
- TaxiMaroc does not directly process your bank card for those top-ups.
- Pack prices are shown in the store before purchase.
- Money arrangements between users (trip contribution, parcel price, cash, etc.) are their responsibility under Moroccan law.
Credit rules may change; material updates will be shown in the app or on the site.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Drivers must hold a valid license, insured vehicle, complete verification when required, and comply with Moroccan traffic and insurance law.
5. Account
You are responsible for your credentials and must not impersonate others or maintain multiple accounts. TaxiMaroc may suspend accounts for fraud, false information, or unsafe behavior.
6. Verification
Drivers must submit identity and vehicle documents per the Verification Policy and Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed manually. False documents may lead to refusal, suspension, or reporting to authorities.
7. Conduct
No false information, harassment, illegal use, security circumvention, or spam in messaging.
8. Trips, parcels and payments
Trip and parcel details are agreed between users in the app, subject to TaxiMaroc rules (including service credits when applicable). TaxiMaroc may debit wallet credits for certain actions. In-app top-ups are handled by Google or Apple. Cash between users does not pass through TaxiMaroc.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, TaxiMaroc is not liable for accidents, delays, cancellations, or disputes between users. Drivers remain responsible for road compliance, insurance, and passenger or parcel transport.
10. Intellectual property
TaxiMaroc brand and content are protected.
11. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
Updated Terms are published on taximaroc.app. Material changes will be communicated.
13. Termination
You may delete your account in the app or by email. See Delete account for step-by-step instructions. Unused wallet balance may be forfeited on deletion as described there. TaxiMaroc may suspend access for violations.
14. Governing law
Moroccan law applies. Moroccan courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
